HyperFlex is a pre-catalyzed, single-component hydrophobic polyurethane grout, known for its versatility in infrastructure repairs. It’s ideal for applications like tunnels, manholes, concrete dams, parking decks, culverts, and more. Unlike traditional grouts, which risk errors due to manual catalyst mixing, HyperFlex offers reliable, long-lasting repairs by adjusting the container's temperature to control reaction time. Its hydrophobic nature prevents shrinkage common in hydrophilic grouts, and it comes ready-to-use in convenient 300 ml tubes.

While SealGuard is more aggressive, HyperFlex excels in low-flow infiltration and leakage scenarios, as its slower reaction time allows for greater material spread and coverage. It has been field-proven in sealing cracks, voids, expansion joints, pipe intrusions, and even underwater applications.
